Venus 1

My husband and I have been traveling in the Pacific Northwest and loving every minute of it. Before our trip I prepped a bunch of tiny canvases (2.75" x 2.75" and 1 7/8" x 1 7/8") so I could create art on the road. I've done a number of them and will post them all eventually. Some I'm bringing home and others I've left as gifts for beautiful friends, both new and old.

This one is the first of two (so far) Venus pieces inspired by a lovely and amazing friend.

    An absolutely lovely piece, Kali, and a great compliment to the friend who inspired such beauty!

    Tim & I also loved every minute of our leisurely lunch with you and David. Too bad we don't live closer so we could do it on a regular basis. Guess you'll just have to move out here sooner than you had planned! Miss you already!! Safe travels, my friend!!!

      We think about moving every single day! Waiting for that unexpected financial windfall. I'd love to be a student in one of your future classes! And I'd still like to send you a small piece...perhaps better to do it when you sign on your new home?
