Startled!

I saw my shadow today.  I see it pretty much every day, of course, but it really stuck out to me today.  And it startled me.  The thing is, even though I got my hair cut short about three months ago (it was long for almost ten years), I think in my mind's eye, I still have long hair.  Mind you, it's not a sad startle.  It's a "Dang, that's sassy!" startle. 

So...I suppose I was basically startled by my sassy self.  Groovy!
