I've reached the six month mark since my blood clot was officially deemed "gone". Six months means that I'm now considered "just fine and dandy" and not to have clots on my worry list any more. So, yay!!! Course, with a clot history, I'll have to go through menopause (bring it, already!!!) without the support of any hormone replacement. I figure that would've been my choice anyway, now I have a life/death reason to back up my choice.
So, yay about being alive...and sorry, Dave, about the emotional roller coaster ride you'll be taking along with me in the coming years (not that I don't already lead you on one daily as it is).
